Ng Sapanca Wellness & Convention Hotel, Sapanca

The hotel offers a nice view of the park and features clean, quiet, and very comfortable rooms. However, the lack of activities for kids may make it less appealing for families.

I stayed in a suite overlooking the forest, and it was calm and clean. The food quality was exceptional with various fresh and tasty choices, including a lovely tea time with fresh baked goods. I did have to call the service team for a minor fix though.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a wonderful view, but I faced issues with the temperature as they were too hot. The service team was helpful, especially Ms. Ebra, but some staff members were rude. The location was fantastic, nestled in a forest with plenty of space and activities, and the dining experience was excellent. The facilities were good overall.
